By accessing or using Jacklyt Prompts, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Jacklyt Prompts provides prompt templates, selectable options and text fields to help users generate high-quality prompts. The prompts can then be copied and used in third-party AI tools. Jacklyt Prompts does not generate images itself and makes no guarantees regarding the output, availability, safety or quality of any third-party AI service.

You are fully responsible for the prompts you create, the content you input, any images you upload, and how you use the generated prompts. You must ensure your use complies with all applicable laws and third-party terms.

You may only upload images that you own or have the legal right to use. You must not upload illegal, harmful, infringing, private, or non-consensual content. We reserve the right to restrict features if we detect misuse.

All generated prompts are intended to be used in external AI platforms chosen by you. Those platforms are completely independent of Jacklyt. Their terms, pricing, content policies and limitations apply.

The website design, code, prompt templates, text and branding are owned by Jacklyt. You may use the generated prompts for personal and commercial lawful purposes, but you may not copy, scrape, resell or redistribute substantial parts of the website or template library without permission.

You must not use Jacklyt Prompts to create or distribute unlawful, harmful, abusive, deceptive or infringing content. You must not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass security, scrape content at scale or reverse engineer the site.

We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

Jacklyt Prompts is a creative tool only. Prompts and examples are not legal, financial, medical or professional advice. Always verify outputs before use.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jacklyt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or any third-party AI tools.

We may restrict or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or created legal/security risks.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The new version will be posted with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.
